    1) Click on the link above.

     

    2) Log in when prompted.


    3) IMMEDIATELY

     go to "File" and click on "Make a Copy"


    4) Check the box next to "Also Copy Document Collaborators"


    5) IMMEDIATELY re-name the document by erasing "Master Copy" and then typing your name. The title should look like this: Copy of Research Guideline - John Doe(except make sure it says YOUR NAME).
